Fladi House is located on the second floor of a stately building from the early 1900s that stands in the historic center of Catania, in a happy corner location, between Via Coppola and Via Sangiuliano, a few steps from the central Via Etnea and the Teatro Massimo Bellini. Ideal location to spend relaxing days, to enjoy the theater season, to immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Catania, to visit the Etnean city and all the southeastern air of Sicily.
The property offers rooms, all with balconies and equipped with every comfort, LED TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower, toiletries, and minibar. All rooms, designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler, are spacious, bright, understated and cozy. One habit we wanted to give was to furnish each room with a prevailing color, somewhat like what happened in the representative halls of the noble palaces of Gattopardi’s memory, all in a modern and reduced key, adhering to the basis of the idea of our structure: to propose an offer of accommodation that can meet the needs of the modern traveler but deeply rooted in the territory and its history.
